The Field Commercial Lead is a senior role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence across SME and Enterprise segments, and leading the regional sales team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Lead and manage Regional Sales Supervisors.
Ensure achievement of sales targets across regions.
Oversee field sales operations and performance.
Core Functions
Expand market presence across segments (SME & Enterprise).
Oversee customer acquisition and onboarding.
Track sales pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance.
Align field sales with customer experience and retention teams.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Telecom, or a related field (BA/BSc/HND).
At least 6 years of sales experience, preferably within the ISP/Telecommunications sector.
A minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong commercial, leadership, and analytical skills.
