Facility Administrator/ Business Development Executive

This role is for a Facility Administrator/ Business Development Executive at Equity Afia, a network of medical entrepreneurs providing high quality, affordable, and accessible healthcare to Kenyans. The successful candidate will be based in Garissa and will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the medical facility while simultaneously driving key business development initiatives to ensure growth and quality service delivery.

Key areas of focus include operational management, strategic business growth, staff leadership, financial oversight, and compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or any other relevant field.
• At least three (3) years of working experience in a similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).
