The Estate Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nyahururu, Kenya. - Experience: Proven expertise in agricultural estate management, including familiarity with farming processes and efficient use of resources.
- Leadership: Experience in team leadership, staff supervision, and personnel management.
- Financial Skills: Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and operational planning.
- Compliance: Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards in agricultural operations.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth coordination across teams.
- Advantageous Experience: Prior experience in horticulture or floriculture is a strong advantage, especially within an export-focused business.
