ERJ135/145 Captains

The role of the ERJ135/145 Captain at FLY ALS is critical to the company's mission: to provide reliable flight services and elevate the entire customer journey to new heights. Captains are responsible for the overall command and safety of the Embraer ERJ135/145 aircraft, its passengers, and its crew, ensuring all operations meet the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

Successful candidates must possess significant flight experience and required licensing, including:

• Minimum of 3000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 1000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
• Minimum 500 hours PIC on type (ERJ135/145).
• Minimum of 500 hours on type (ERJ135/145).
• Valid Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
• Valid Multi-Engine Instrument Rating.
• Must be current on type.
• Hold a BA/BSc/HND qualification.

Operational Requirement

• Must be willing to operate at outstation bases outside of Kenya.
