The Entrepreneurship Program Lead at Stratostaff is responsible for the end-to-end management, strategic refinement, and execution of the company's new Entrepreneurship Training Product. This pivotal role requires a strong blend of program management expertise, business development prowess, and executive support capabilities, ensuring the program meets its business targets and delivers an exceptional experience for participants.
Duties and Responsibilities
Product & Program Management
- Own the Entrepreneurship Training Product: Take end-to-end responsibility for the new training product, including program design refinement, delivery coordination, and continuous improvement based on participant feedback.
- Drive Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads for the entrepreneurship training program. Meet annual business development targets through proactive outreach, partnerships, and ecosystem engagement.
- Manage Client Onboarding: Design and oversee a seamless onboarding experience for training participants, ensuring clear communication, expectations management, and strong early engagement.
- Oversee Training Execution: Coordinate all aspects of training delivery including scheduling, facilitator management, venue/platform logistics, materials preparation, and quality assurance. Ensure exceptional participant experience throughout.
- Track Impact & Client Success: Monitor participant progress, gather feedback, measure outcomes, and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate testimonials/referrals.
- Build & Manage Pipeline: Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, ecosystem events, digital marketing support, and strategic partnerships.
Executive Support & Business Advisory
- Provide Executive Calendar & Coordination Support: Manage the Practice Lead's calendar, schedule high-priority meetings, coordinate engagements, and ensure optimal time management.
- Deliver Business Advisory Support: Conduct research, prepare briefing materials, and provide strategic insights to support the Practice Lead's decision-making and thought leadership.
- Draft Communications & Presentations: Prepare speeches, presentations, reports, and other executive communications that amplify the Practice Lead's voice and the program's impact.
- Represent the Practice: Attend ecosystem events on behalf of the Practice Lead when needed, building relationships and raising awareness of the entrepreneurship training program.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications is an added advantage.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to strategy development, management consulting, entrepreneurship programs, or a comparable client-facing advisory capacity.
- Client Acquisition: Proven track record in business development and client acquisition, with demonstrable success in meeting targets.
- Program Coordination: Experience in program coordination or training delivery is highly desirable.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in speech writing, executive presentations, and business storytelling.
- Work Style: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently with professionalism and discretion.
- Networking: Strong networking capabilities and confidence in representing the organization at ecosystem events.
