The Driving School Instructor role at AA Kenya (Bondo branch) reports directly to the Branch Manager. This position is crucial for providing high-quality driving instruction and training, ensuring road safety compliance, enhancing customer experience, and maintaining professional standards, alongside effective vehicle management.
Responsibilities and Duties
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position will be responsible for Driving Instruction and Training, Road Safety and Compliance, Customer Experience and Professional Conduct, Vehicle Management, amongst other duties.
Minimum Job Requirements & Qualifications
For appointment to this position, one must have:
KCSE Certificate.
A Valid Driving License.
NTSA Accredited Instructor Training Certificate and Instructor License.
A Minimum of one year of experience in Technical Training, Driver instructing, or Teaching.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Good customer service, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Added Advantage
A Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Technical Training, Automotive Related Course, Education or a related field is considered an added advantage.
