Driving School Instructors

This role, reporting directly to the Branch Manager, involves providing high-quality Driving Instruction and Training to students. Key areas of focus include ensuring Road Safety and Compliance, maintaining excellent Customer Experience and Professional Conduct, and managing the training vehicles effectively.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing comprehensive driving instruction and training.
• Ensuring adherence to road safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Delivering exceptional customer experience and maintaining professional conduct throughout the training process.
• Effective management and care of assigned training vehicles.

Minimum Job Requirements

For appointment to this position, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and attributes:

Qualifications and Experience:

• KCSE Certificate.
• A Valid Driving License.
• NTSA Accredited Instructor Training Certificate and Instructor License.
• A minimum of one year experience in Technical Training, Driver instructing, or Teaching.

Added Advantages (Qualifications):

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Technical Training, Automotive Related Course, Education, or a related field.

Skills and Attributes:

• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Good customer service, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
