Mandatory Requirements (Do not apply without these):
Valid Instructor's License
Minimum 1 year teaching experience (practical or theory)
Professional attitude, with both strong work ethic, and communication skills
Familiarity with NTSA test booking and exam processes
Additional Preferences (An advantage, not mandatory):
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting
Ability to train diverse groups (youth, professionals, boda riders)
Flexibility to support marketing/outreach when needed
