Role Overview
Human Capital Outsourcing Limited is seeking a qualified Driver to be based in Thika. The Driver will be responsible for transporting goods and personnel safely, delivering products according to schedules, inspecting and maintaining vehicle roadworthiness, keeping accurate logbooks, and adhering strictly to traffic laws and safety policies.
Key Responsibilities
Transport goods and personnel safely.
Deliver products according to schedules.
Inspect vehicles before and after trips.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness.
Keep accurate vehicle logbooks.
Report vehicle defects promptly.
Ensure safe loading and unloading of goods.
Verify delivery documentation.
Observe traffic laws and company transport policies.
Monitor fuel usage and mileage.
Coordinate routine vehicle servicing.
Maintain security of transported goods.
Support logistics and distribution operations.
Respond appropriately to transport emergencies.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum KCSE Certificate.
Valid Driving Licence.
Defensive Driving Certificate.
At least 3 years of driving experience, including commercial driving experience.
Clean driving record.
Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and route planning.
Certificate of Good Conduct.
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
