Our client in the Telecommunications sector seeks to recruit a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) based in Lamu. This role reports to the Shop Team Leader.
Job Purpose
To market and sell Company products and services to all customers in a professional manner. The role needs to adhere and function within the guidelines for finance controls, processes, and policies that encompass retail operations mandate.
Key Responsibilities
Generate Sales: Meet and exceed targets for Airtime, Acquisitions, and Devices.
Inventory Monitoring: Monitor Telkom's inventory and consignment stock for accurate balance of inventory movements and physical stock daily.
Cash Management: Manage daily cash float and account for daily sales.
Customer Experience: Support and implement customer experience improvement strategies for increased sales.
Technical Support: Offer technical support to customers especially on configuration of data devices.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Core Competencies: Customer focus, Networking and building partnerships, Influencing and negotiating, Analytical thinking.
Leadership Competencies: Strategic orientation, Business Acumen, Results orientation, Developing self/others.
