The Direct Sales Agent role is crucial for driving retail performance, focusing on achieving set sales targets, managing operational efficiency, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities and Outputs
- Sales Generation: Generate sales as per targets for Airtime, Acquisitions, and Devices (Routers, Handsets). Achieve set revenue targets.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor inventory and consignment stock daily for an accurate balance of inventory movements and physical stock.
- Financial Handling: Handle customer payments through all company-approved payment methods, manage the daily cash float, and accurately account for daily sales.
- Customer Experience: Support and implement customer experience improvement strategies for increased sales. Drive Customer Centricity and ensure growth in the Retail Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Brand Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Technical Support: Offer technical support to customers, especially on the configuration of data devices.
- Operational Standards: Ensure adherence to all briefed-in Retail Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including rigorous stock and payments management/operational costs, contributing to Shop Profitability (EBIDTA).
- Acquisitions Quality: Focus on Quality Acquisitions in terms of FRA (First Registration Activation) and ARPU (Average Revenue Per User).
- Issue Resolution: Handle ticketing customer escalations and offer first-level resolution.
- Business Development: Engage in New Business Development, actively look for new leads, and close them.
- Data Management: Document, track, manage, and grow the Individual Customer Database Portfolio.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales.
