The role of the Digital Real Estate Marketer at Crystal Recruit involves being a highly creative and results-driven professional responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies for property listings, projects, and the brand. The ideal candidate will focus on driving digital campaigns that generate quality leads, improve brand visibility, and support sales conversions across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to real estate projects and property listings.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Optimize digital campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and lead quality.
Social Media Management
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Manage daily posting, audience interaction, and page growth.
- Run targeted social media campaigns to promote properties and brand visibility.
Content Creation & Branding
- Produce high-quality digital content including property descriptions, social media graphics, short videos, virtual tours, and blog posts.
- Work with photographers/videographers to create compelling real estate content.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Website & SEO Management
- Update website listings, blogs, and landing pages.
- Conduct SEO and keyword optimization to improve search engine rankings.
- Track website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
Lead Generation & CRM Management
- Implement lead-generation strategies and landing pages for properties.
- Track, manage, and segment leads using CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads.
Market Research & Analysis
- Monitor digital marketing trends in real estate and competitor strategies.
- Provide performance reports on campaigns (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Recommend improvements to increase engagement and conversions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field. A Diploma qualification is also considered.
- Proven experience in real estate digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and PPC campaigns.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, WordPress, MailChimp, and CRM systems.
- Ability to create and edit content (graphics, short videos, captions).
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
