This role, Digital Marketing Associate, is pivotal in defining and executing Tatu City's digital media campaigns, focusing on comprehensive strategy development to generate sales leads, enhance brand visibility, and manage all digital channels effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage a rolling social media calendar of content and posts, including compelling video, photo, and written content.
- Manage our social media channels, combining paid and organic execution, publishing updates and posts, managing, and interacting with comments, and reporting issues.
- Define Tatu City’s strategy for digital media campaigns to generate sales leads and increase the visibility of our posts.
- Use Google Ads to target specific stakeholders with our content.
- Own different conversion points and optimize sales funnels, evaluate emerging trends in digital and deploy new approaches and tools.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assessments against goals (ROI and KPIs). Takes on measurement, reporting, and analysis as a key component of success and a tool for continuous improvement.
- Use social media listening and analytics to monitor and research our competition and optimize our activities.
- Work with other members of the Marketing & Communications team, as well as Sales and other departments, to draft social media copy.
- Collaborate with the Design Associate to create compelling visuals.
- Collaborate with the in-house marketing team and freelancers to capture and develop compelling photo and video content.
- Use Mailchimp and CRM software to distribute newsletters and other communications.
- Devise SEO strategies to drive traffic to the company website and improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of website and digital channels.
- Update the website with news, events, images, and other relevant content.
- Use data to optimize digital marketing spending.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Requirements
Skills and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: At least ten years of experience in digital marketing roles, preferably with a focus on campaign development and execution.
- Campaign Expertise: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels to generate sales leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Social Media Management: Proficiency in creating and managing a social media calendar, including content creation and post scheduling. Experience in managing social media channels (both paid and organic), publishing updates, engaging with comments, and addressing issues effectively.
- Paid Advertising: Experience in leading paid social campaigns to increase post visibility and managing Google Ads to target specific stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals, including ROI and KPIs. Ability to use data to optimize digital marketing spending and make informed decisions.
- Collaboration: Collaborative skills to work with the Marketing & Communications team, Sales, and other departments in drafting social media copy.
- SEO: Demonstrated expertise in devising and implementing SEO strategies to drive traffic to the company website.
