DHC8 Non-type Rated Captain

We are seeking DHC8 Non-type Rated Captains. This role is for highly experienced aviators seeking a Captain position with ALS Limited, flying the DHC8 aircraft. We are seeking non-type rated Captains who meet rigorous flight hour requirements and are prepared to invest in their professional development.

Requirements

To be considered for this Captain role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Hold an ICAO Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
• Possess a minimum of 3000 hours total flight time.
• Possess a minimum of 1000 hours Pilot-In-Command (PIC).
• Must be actively flying.
• Hold a valid instrument/multi-engine rating.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) qualification.

Operational Commitment

• Must be willing and able to fund the type rating on the DHC8 aircraft.
• Must be willing to operate at outstation bases outside of Kenya.
