Role Overview: Debt Collectors - Nakuru

This is a commission-based role focused on debt collection activities based in Nakuru. The role's primary function is to recover outstanding debts.

Compensation Structure

This position is entirely commission-based. Successful debt collectors will earn 25% of the revenue generated.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a person with a disability (PWD).
• Must be currently residing in Nakuru.
• Completed a degree, diploma, or certificate in any field (BA/BSc/HND qualification is noted).
• Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy are required.
• Good command of English and Kiswahili is necessary.
• Previous debt collection or customer service experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.
