This role is based at UR HOME, a company that prides itself on committing to ensure the product offered meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. As a Customer Service Staff member, you will be responsible for a blend of inventory management, warehouse administration, procurement documentation, and communication coordination across various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Warehouse Administration
- Update inbound and outbound raw materials in the company’s system, and maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock sheets.
- Support warehouse processes, including receiving raw materials, issuing raw materials to factories, receiving finished goods from factories, issuing finished goods to customers, etc.
Procurement & Documentation
- Prepare purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Receive, verify, and upload supplier invoices and credit notes into the company system for payment processing.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all documents, including delivery notes, purchase orders, and supplier invoices.
Customer Service & Communication
- Serve as a liaison between the warehouse, procurement team, suppliers, factories, and customers.
- Provide timely updates on stock availability, delivery schedules, and order status.
- Assist with resolving discrepancies related to stock, delivery, or documentation.
System & Reporting
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered into the company’s ERP or inventory system.
- Generate reports as required for management review.
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse and inventory processes.
Qualifications & Skills
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or certificate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year’s experience in warehouse administration or inventory control.
Required Skills:
- Strong computer literacy, especially in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
