We are seeking professional Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Westlands, Nairobi. Responsibilities and Duties
Handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence.
Manage customer accounts accurately.
Follow up on outstanding accounts professionally.
Maintain detailed interaction records.
Resolve complaints effectively.
Build strong relationships with high-end international clients.
Meet individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) consistently.
Candidate Profile

Requirements
