Influx provides Support as a Service for brands and tech companies. This includes an entire operation available on demand: agents, management, training, QA, data, and insights. We are looking for a Customer Sales Agent to join our team in a 100% remote capacity.
Role Overview
As a Customer Sales Agent, you will provide high-level customer service and drive proactive sales initiatives. You will handle inbound communications, troubleshoot issues across various platforms, and work towards improving customer engagement and satisfaction while meeting key performance indicators.
Responsibilities
Provide a high level of customer service via inbound calls and emails.
Thoroughly research and reply to requests with a high sense of urgency and professionalism.
Troubleshoot and communicate effectively across multiple platforms.
Execute proactive sales strategies for both new and existing customers.
Evaluate customer experience constantly and suggest improvements for engagement.
Meet or exceed KPIs including response time and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education: BA/BSc/HND degree.
Work Environment: A quiet working environment.
Hardware: Laptop only (No Chromebook, Linux OS, or Desktop); Wired headset.
System Specs: Windows 10 or higher; 32-bit (or higher) Operating System; 8GB RAM or more; Intel Core i5 processor or higher.
Internet: Download speed of 40-50 Mbps and Upload speed of 30 Mbps.
