The Customer Project Manager role at Ericsson involves planning, executing, and closing complex customer projects for this world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment and services. This position is crucial for overseeing the successful delivery of projects, ensuring alignment between the contractual agreement and the actual delivery process, often involving close coordination with the pre-sales team.
Responsibilities (What you will do):
- Guarantee alignment between contract and delivery through handover with the pre-sales CFR.
- Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plans, monitor all activities, handle changes and critical matters.
- Cultivate relationships with customers and stakeholders to maintain alignment during execution.
- Financial performance management to ensure delivery to target Unadjusted Margin.
- Deliver within scope, budget, timeline and ethics, adhering to all legal and environmental standards.
- Manage 3PP and partners contracts with respect to Ericsson quality standards, compliance guidelines & Project Management (PM) practices.
- Oversee data accuracy to facilitate responsible and timely reporting.
- Ensure adherence to Project Management processes, and to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements.
- Develop the business: participate in contract preparation and pre-sales meetings.
