Job Description
This role is for a Customer Experience Advocate, reporting to the Branch Manager, with positions available in both the Nairobi and Maua Branches.
The primary objective of this position is to manage customer relations and interactions through the various organizational channels to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
The position holder is expected to focus on proactive customer relationship management and satisfaction.
Minimum Job Requirements
For appointment to this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-Related Field or its equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service.
Skills: Good customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Competency: Business Development acumen.
