Airkenya Express is looking for a qualified Customer Care Officer to be based in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will oversee customer care services, ensuring high-quality service delivery and efficient team management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or customer experience management.
At least 5 years of experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the aviation or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Customer Service, Hospitality, or a related field.
