Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive and assist patients professionally.
- Register patients and manage imaging appointments.
- Explain procedures, preparation, and report timelines to patients.
- Handle inquiries, billing, payments, and SHA/insurance processes.
- Coordinate effectively with imaging staff and doctors.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure strict patient confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education and Experience
- Diploma in a business related course.
- A minimum of two years of working experience in a similar role, preferably within a busy hospital or healthcare front office/reception.
Technical Skills
- Medical Terminology: Familiarity with Medical terminology; knowledge of basic medical terms and procedures is often preferred.
- Healthcare Software: Basic proficiency in handling hospital management systems or electronic health record systems (e.g., HMIS, Medisoft, or Health Information Systems).
