Job Description
This role, based at Braeburn Schools Limited, Gitanga Road, is for a Country ICT Administrative Assistant who will provide essential technical support across the Braeburn Group, ensuring the smooth operation of key systems and resources.
This position requires a strong understanding of various technical domains including web platforms, library systems, and IT resource management.
Responsibilities and Scope
The Country ICT Administrative Assistant will work closely with Head office staff, various Schools, other IT personnel, including third-party vendors, and other members of the Country IT team to provide timely and effective support. All duties will be carried out under the direction and supervision of the Country ICT Manager, Kenya.
Key Duties Include:
Providing essential technical support to the Braeburn Schools Group.
Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of key IT systems and resources across the organization.
Managing and supporting web platforms.
Managing and supporting library systems.
Handling IT resource management tasks.
Liaising effectively with Head office staff, school personnel, and external third-party vendors to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications and Requirements
Successful candidates must demonstrate a strong technical foundation and possess the required academic qualification.
Required Qualifications:
BA/BSc/HND qualification in a relevant field.
Strong understanding of web platforms.
Strong understanding of library systems.
Strong understanding of IT resource management.
