Content Development - Marketing, Procurement and Project Management

The Open University of Kenya (OUK) aims to address the pressing issue of limited capacity in traditional universities by employing innovative teaching and learning methodologies, including online and distance education. By leveraging technology and flexible learning modes, the university seeks to accommodate a larger number of qualified students.

This role is for a Content Developer / Lecturer specializing in the fields of Marketing, Procurement, and Project Management. The primary function involves developing robust, engaging, and innovative academic content suitable for online and distance learning platforms, and subsequently delivering instruction in these subjects.

Requirements for Content Developers / Lecturers

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria in the relevant field:

1. An earned Ph.D. or equivalent degree qualification from an accredited University.
2. A Master’s degree from an accredited University (in special cases) with at least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level, and registered in good standing for a PhD in the relevant field.
