Content Development - Human Resource Management and Leadership Development

The Open University of Kenya (OUK) aims to address the pressing issue of limited capacity in traditional universities by employing innovative teaching and learning methodologies, including online and distance education. By leveraging technology and flexible learning modes, the university seeks to accommodate a larger number of qualified students, enabling them to pursue higher education.

This position is for a Content Developer / Lecturer specializing in Human Resource Management and Leadership Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and structuring educational content tailored for OUK's flexible learning environment and delivering high-quality instruction at the university level.

Requirements for Content Developers / Lecturers

Applicants must meet one of the following criteria in the relevant field from an accredited University:

1. An earned Ph.D. or equivalent degree qualification.
2. A Master’s degree (applicable in special cases) with at least three (3) years teaching experience at university level and registration in good standing for a Ph.D. in the relevant field.
