Content Development - Education Leadership and Training

The Open University of Kenya (O.U.K.) aims to address the pressing issue of limited capacity in traditional universities by employing innovative teaching and learning methodologies, including online and distance education. By leveraging technology and flexible learning modes, the university seeks to accommodate a larger number of qualified students.

This role is for a Content Developer / Lecturer specializing in Education Leadership and Training. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and structuring comprehensive educational content for online and distance learning platforms, and performing lecturing duties.

Requirements for Content Developers / Lecturers

Candidates must satisfy one of the following criteria:

1. An earned Ph.D. or equivalent degree qualification in the relevant field from an accredited University;
2. OR A Master’s degree in the relevant field from an accredited University (in special cases) with at least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level and registered in good standing for a Ph.D. in the relevant field.
