Construction Project Manager

The role seeks an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate must be energetic, reliable, and a critical thinker capable of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, work schedules, and track progress to meet deadlines.
• Budget & Resource Management: Control project costs, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers; negotiate contracts; provide regular progress reports.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks; resolve delays or emergencies.
• Contract & Legal Compliance: Review contracts, secure permits/licenses, and ensure legal compliance.

Qualifications and Profile

Candidates should possess a relevant degree, mandatory professional certification (ERB or AQRB), and strong professional experience as detailed in the requirements section.
