Key Responsibilities
Conduct Genuine Student (GS) assessments and financial checks within policy and turnaround times.
Meet KPIs for accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality.
Maintain accurate records in student systems.
Escalate complex cases as needed.
Provide feedback on application quality and documentation issues.
Respond to enquiries professionally and promptly.
Identify emerging GS risks and recommend improvements.
Support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor visa risk indicators and analyze refusal trends.
Essential Skills & Experience
Relevant tertiary qualification or experience in international admissions, compliance, case management, or customer service.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of international education systems and qualifications.
Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
