Job Responsibilities
Communications & Brand Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with corporate goals.
- Define and maintain brand voice, messaging frameworks, and content standards.
- Oversee the creation of thought leadership materials (HR trend reports, articles, webinars).
- Manage media relations and seek opportunities for executive visibility.
Digital Marketing & Content
- Lead the digital marketing strategy across web, email, social media, and paid channels.
- Manage the company website, ensuring content accuracy, SEO optimization, and user experience improvements.
- Create and manage a content calendar reflecting HR trends, client needs, and firm capabilities.
- Monitor analytics to assess campaign performance and optimize digital initiatives.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Partner with senior leadership to support strategic planning activities, including market positioning, growth initiatives, and competitive analysis.
- Translate firm strategy into actionable project plans.
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects (e.g., new service launches, rebranding, thought leadership campaigns).
Business Development
- Collaborate closely with HR consultants, business development, and service line leaders to ensure messaging consistency.
- Lead proposal development and client communication materials.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, HR, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, business development and strategic planning.
- Strong proposal writing, editing and storytelling skills.
- Experience in professional services for NGO, Grant and Partnerships environments is highly desired.
- Experience managing digital platforms (CMS, email marketing tools, social media).
- Ability to translate complex business concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
