Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vipingo, Kilifi. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing the purchase, sale, and rental of residential properties in the coastal residential property market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the purchase, sale, and rental of residential properties.
Assist clients with property viewings.
Negotiate deals effectively to ensure successful transactions.
Effectively market properties.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the coastal residential property market.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education and Background
Relevant educational background or certifications in business, sales, or related fields is preferred (BA/BSc/HND level qualification mentioned).
Familiarity with the coastal real estate market will be an advantage.
Experience and Skills
Strong experience in Sales is an added advantage.
Proficiency in business markets is also an added advantage.
Effective negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in market analysis and marketing strategies relevant to business.
