Coast Residential Real Estate Agent - Nyali

The Coast Residential Real Estate Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nyali, Mombasa. You will be responsible for managing the purchase, sale, and rental of residential properties in the coastal region.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage the purchase, sale, and rental processes of residential properties.
• Assist clients with property viewings and provide necessary support.
• Negotiate deals effectively to ensure successful transactions.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties successfully.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends specific to the coast.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the coastal residential property market.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education and Background

• Relevant educational background or certifications in business, sales, or related fields is preferred (BA/BSc/HND qualification is noted).

Skills and Experience

• Effective negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills are mandatory.
• Must be self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in market analysis and marketing strategies relevant to the business.
