Job Description
Pam Golding Properties Kenya, which opened for trading in January 2012, offers specialized real estate services in the residential and commercial fields, covering both sales and rentals, including a Managed Lease division.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kizingo, Mombasa. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the purchase, sale, and rental of residential properties within the coastal market.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the purchase, sale, and rental of residential properties.
Assisting clients with property viewings.
Negotiating deals to secure successful transactions.
Effectively marketing properties.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends.
Providing exceptional customer service to clients in the coastal residential property market.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Relevant educational background or certifications in business, sales, or related fields is preferred (BA/BSc/HND qualification level noted).
Experience & Skills:
Strong experience in Sales is an added advantage.
Proficiency in business markets is also an added advantage.
Effective negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills are essential.
Must be self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in market analysis and marketing strategies relevant to business.
Familiarity with the coastal real estate market will be an advantage.
