The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a critical senior leadership role focused on driving sustainable growth through effective commercial strategy and execution, while ensuring operational excellence across the organization.Key Responsibilities: * Lead commercial strategy and execution to drive sustainable growth. * Oversee operational performance and ensure consistent service excellence. * Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability. * Standardize processes and enhance operational efficiency across markets. * Support regional expansion and manage business units in different countries. * Provide strong leadership to functional teams and drive a culture of accountability.RequirementsQualifications & Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage. * Minimum 10 years’ working experience, including 5+ years in a senior role with Profit and Loss (P&L) leadership. * Strong track record in commercial management and service operations. * Experience working in multi-country environments is highly desirable. * Excellent leadership, communication, and execution skills.
