The role of the Chairperson, Industrial Property Tribunal, involves leading the tribunal responsible for adjudicating disputes related to industrial property rights. This position requires a highly distinguished professional with extensive legal experience (minimum 10 years).
Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must possess a relevant BA/BSc/HND qualification and demonstrate the following experience:
Have at least ten (10) years’ experience as a distinguished academic, or legal practitioner, or such experience in other relevant legal field.
Have held the specified qualifications for a period amounting, in the aggregate, to ten (10) years; irrespective of whether that experience was gained in Kenya or in another Commonwealth Common-Law jurisdiction.
Qualification and experience in alternative dispute resolution will be an added advantage.
