We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Intern to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to handle outbound calls to clients, ensuring excellent customer engagement, while also supporting data entry and related administrative duties. This internship offers hands-on experience in customer relations, communication, and data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to clients to provide information, follow up, or promote services.
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all client interactions.
- Accurately capture client responses and update relevant records in the database.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client information.
- Assist in generating reports from call and client data as required.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve any client issues or concerns.
- Support other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma (BA/BSc/HND, Diploma) in Business, Communications, IT, or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
