Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
Provide excellent customer experience to increase brand loyalty.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Adhere to communication scripts and organizational quality standards.
Requirements
Must possess a BA/BSc/HND qualification.
Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Experience in customer service or a call centre is an added advantage.
