Role Overview
The Business Development Officer is responsible for managing business development in a designated territory, focusing on acquiring new clients and maintaining existing ones. This role is crucial for the development of new loans, ensuring prompt payment of loans, and designing and implementing control measures and monitoring plans for compliance and operation of risk management.
Roles and Responsibilities
Specific duties include:
Development of new loans with weekly targets.
Building sound relationships with the company's business partners, vendors, and customers.
Creating new business opportunities.
Conducting loan assessment, appraisal, and approvals.
Developing a good marketing plan.
Ensuring prompt loan repayment and recoveries.
Reviewing and updating loan files.
Qualifications and Compensation
Qualification: Diploma (Required)
Location: Nairobi
Salary Range: KSh 30,000 - KSh 50,000 per month.
