Business Development Intern - Kiambu

This role is for a smart, driven, and gritty individual tasked with selling educational technology products to schools across the country. The job will involve onboarding new customers, supporting existing customers, and gathering feedback to inform strategies for high customer satisfaction, sustaining Zeraki's dominance as the leading Edtech brand in Africa.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification is required.
• Experience: No prior experience is strictly required, but any sales, marketing, or customer service experience will be advantageous.
• Passion: A strong passion for education and EdTech.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with schools.
• Drive: A self-starter with a drive to succeed and consistently exceed targets. You must be prepared to work long hours, including nights, or weekends.
• Work Environment: Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Resilience (Grit): You should be able to bounce back quickly if you lose a sale, as not every lead will convert.
