Key Responsibilities

Zeraki is looking for individuals who will execute the following tasks:

• Selling educational technology products to schools across the country.
• Onboarding new customers efficiently.
• Providing robust support to existing customers.
• Gathering valuable feedback to refine strategies aimed at achieving high customer satisfaction.
• Sustaining Zeraki's dominance as the leading EdTech brand in Africa.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Hold a BA/BSc/HND qualification.
• Passion: A strong passion for education and EdTech.
• Communication: Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building strong and lasting relationships with schools.
• Drive: Be a self-starter with an inherent drive to succeed and consistently exceed targets.
• Work Hours: Candidates must be prepared to work long hours, including nights or weekends when necessary.
• Supervision: Ability to function effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Resilience (Grit): Demonstrated 'Grit': The ability to persevere and bounce back quickly after losing a sale, understanding that not every lead will convert.
• Experience: While no prior experience is strictly required, any previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service fields will be highly advantageous.
