Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding new customers (schools) onto the Zeraki platform.
- Supporting existing customers to ensure continuous satisfaction and usage.
- Gathering feedback to inform strategies aimed at high customer satisfaction, sustaining Zeraki's dominance as the leading EdTech brand in Africa.

Qualifications and Attributes
- Education: A BA/BSc/HND qualification.
- Passion: A strong passion for education and EdTech.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building strong relationships with schools.
- Drive & Initiative: Must be a self-starter with a drive to succeed and exceed targets. You must be prepared to work long hours, nights, or weekends if required.
- Autonomy: Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Resilience (Grit): A high level of grit is essential, as not every lead will result in a sale. You must be able to bounce back quickly if you lose a sale.
- Experience: No prior experience is required, but any experience in sales, marketing, or customer service will be considered advantageous.
