The role of the Business Development Executive/Booklist Associate is crucial for driving sales and market penetration in the Kakamega region. This position focuses on promoting books and stationery products primarily to educational institutions and non-school markets like NGOs, securing orders, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Visit schools and non-school markets, especially NGOs, to promote books, boost sales, secure orders, and build lasting relationships.
Execute sales and marketing plans effectively to achieve growth targets.
Manage timely collection of payments through effective debt collection methods.
Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Gather market feedback and share product updates with customers and internal teams.
Submit timely and accurate daily performance reports.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Education, Sales, or Marketing.
