The Business Development Executive/Booklist Associate role is based in Kericho and is essential for driving sales and market penetration for Centropen Stationers Limited. Role Overview

This position focuses primarily on promoting books and securing stationery orders, particularly within the education sector and related non-school markets like NGOs.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools & non-school markets especially NGOs, to promote books, boost sales, secure orders & build relationships.
• Execute sales and marketing plans for growth.
• Ensure timely payments through debt collection.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Gather feedback & share product updates.
• Submit timely and accurate daily reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Education, Sales, or Marketing.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills are essential.
• Good regional knowledge and networking ability is required.
• Experience in the education sector is a plus.
• Teaching or publishing experience is an added advantage.
