Brand Strategist Role Overview
Join us as an innovative Brand Strategist to lead our advertising, brand visibility, and member engagement initiatives across various digital platforms. This role is pivotal in driving strategies that elevate Mombo Sacco's market presence and foster deeper connections with our community. The position is listed as Full-Time and Hybrid.
Location: Highway Heights, Marcus Garvey Road, Kilimani, Nairobi, Kenya.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and more to amplify our brand.
- Forge meaningful relationships with media outlets and influencers to elevate our public image and brand story.
- Develop strategic business partnerships to expand our reach and enrich member services.
- Lead and inspire a creative team, ensuring cohesive and impactful brand messaging.
- Drive strategy to recruit and retain members, focusing on growing savings deposits.
- Analyze performance data to refine strategies and maximize marketing impact.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Degree (BA/BSc/HND) or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
- Experience: Proven success with 2 years of experience in the field.
- Proven success in digital marketing and brand management.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital advertising tools.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical prowess with a keen eye for data-driven insights.
- Passionate about empowering communities through innovative financial solutions.
The salary range for this position is KSh 50,000 - KSh 100,000 per month.
