Brisk Credit LTD is a digital lending company that provides working capital loans to individuals, small businesses, and small holder farmers in Kenya and other African countries. The company aims to use advanced technology to offer fast, convenient, and secure lending services to its clients.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, driving business growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading the branch team to achieve set targets. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Branch Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate all branch activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Business Development: Drive sales and marketing initiatives to grow the branch’s loan portfolio and customer base.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure clients receive timely, professional, and quality service.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and profitability, ensuring targets are met.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Enforce adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of credit products, lending processes, and financial regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
- High integrity and strong problem-solving skills.
