Responsibilities
- Branch Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate all branch activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Business Development: Drive sales and marketing initiatives to grow the branch’s loan portfolio and customer base.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure clients receive timely, professional, and quality service.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and profitability, ensuring targets are met.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Enforce adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of credit products, lending processes, and financial regulations.
