The Role
The Beauty Consultant will provide expert advice on beauty products—including make-up, skincare, and fragrances—while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting sales productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer expert guidance on beauty products and trends.
Demonstrate product use and assist customers in product selection.
Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and stock levels.
Achieve sales targets and support in-store promotions.
Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Must be a Person with disability.
A minimum qualification of BA/BSc/HND is required.
Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or a related field.
Strong product knowledge in make-up, skincare, and fragrances.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work different shifts.
