Role Overview
As a Battery Swapping Executive, your primary responsibility will be charging and swapping batteries at the assigned stations. You are expected to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide satisfactory customer service at the assigned swapping station, completing battery swaps within 2 minutes.
- Report customer escalations to the supervisor promptly for resolution.
- Report to the supervisor on station visits and any issues related to batteries, chargers, or safety materials.
- Provide daily reports to the supervisor before and after duty, including attendance, power consumption, and shift summaries.
- Monitor and report on battery requirements based on increased swaps.
- Conduct daily quality checks on the station.
- Assist customers with using the app for swapping and provide necessary technical support.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required based on work requirements.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Traits
Education and Experience:
- KCSE/ Vocational technical training or a related field.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electric vehicle charging systems is a plus.
