Oversee all basil production activities, ensuring high-quality yields and compliance with agronomic standards.
Key Responsibilities
As the Basil Area Manager, your responsibilities include:
Production Planning and Supervision: Plan and supervise all production operations, managing the process from planting through to harvesting.
Crop Monitoring: Continuously monitor crop growth, health, and development to ensure optimal conditions.
Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage labor resources within the designated basil area.
Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to Good Agricultural Practices (GAP).
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive production and compliance reports for management.
Qualifications and Attributes
Education:
A Diploma or Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Horticulture or Agriculture is required.
Experience:
A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience specifically in herb or vegetable production.
Skills & Personal Attributes:
Proven strong leadership and supervisory skills.
