The role of the Business Banker is centered around managing and growing relationships with Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients. This role requires delivering tailored financial solutions and supporting the clients' comprehensive banking needs, acting as a trusted advisor to help these businesses achieve their financial goals through a range of banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include providing essential support for the day-to-day running and maintenance of SME Customer portfolios. This involves:

• Mining customer portfolio data to identify opportunities for additional facilities.
• Analyzing crucial business and financial information, such as balance sheets, financial statements, and management accounts.
• Preparing and motivating detailed credit applications based on financial analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess the following:

• Qualification: Degree (BA/BSc/HND)
• Experience Required: 2-3 years

Required experience areas:

• Experience in customer service and demonstrated business acumen.
• Knowledge of credit principles, branch banking processes, procedures, policies, and bank products and services.
• Proven experience in Sales.
