The Auto-Loans Executive reports to the Sales Team Leader and is primarily responsible for the sales and marketing of logbook loans to deliver assigned targets. The successful candidate will be posted to any of the company's branches countrywide.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Marketing activities to acquire new customers.
Deliver loan disbursement as per the assigned targets.
Manage loan book quality.
Handle self and people management duties.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Possess a Certificate or Diploma in a Business related field.
Have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in financial services.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge in Logbook Financing.
Must possess the ability to recruit, retain and lead a commission-based team.
Be highly result-oriented.
